TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CAMPING BEL AIR

1. Any rental mobile home, cabin or site is registered and can not be assigned or sublet. The person making the booking must be aged at least 18 years, legally capable of contracting under these conditions of hire and ensure truthfulness and accuracy. 2. The lease will become final without sending a written confirmation from us. From 14 to 29 days before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total price of the stay remain sure with the camp-site.From 13 to 5 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total price of the stay remain sure with the camp-site. Less than 5 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the total price of the stay remain sure with the camp-site. All cancellations must be in an e-letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours maximum after the occurrence of the event. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance optional.

5. The customer can not claim any compensation or refund if cut back or stop her stay for any reason whatsoever (including strike, medical repatriation ...). Any service not used will not be reimbursed.

6. 8. The number of people allowed on a site camping is limited to 7 people. 9. Our responsibility can not be held liable for damage or theft of personal belongings, as well as in homes or in parking areas. Similarly, no liability will be accepted against camping in the practice of sports or not in case of injury, illness or death of the client. 10. Any complaints by the client shall be reported to the campsite manager so that a solution be considered as soon as possible. The client can not be compensated in case of urgent interventions made during his stay in the rental.

11 Some trips may be financial assistance from social services or any other body. Any request should be made mandatory at the time of booking. No support will be accepted after booking.

12 Unless stated refusal to arrival, the site reserves the right to use the photos and videos of its customers for its marketing materials.

13. PREFERENCES Contact made when reservations are satisfied to the extent of our availability without liability to the campsite.

14. DAMAGE equipment and camping facilities are to be used for their intended ordinary. Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of items of furniture which furnishes accommodations or buildings urges common access to the full responsibility its author. 15. ANIMALS Animals (dogs, cats and other pets) are allowed in rentals. 16. RULES: It is available on request and displayed at the reception. In case of non-compliance, management may call on law enforcement and deportation. Disputes shall be solely within the jurisdiction of the court.

17 VISITORS are allowed, under the responsibility of their hosts, having reported their presence at the reception and have paid, if necessary, the fee provided for this purpose.
